Samantha
Broder
Sam has been practicing Yoga since 1996. What began as an introductory
college course soon evolved into a passion, and later a career. She is trained
as an instructor of ISHTA yoga and has been teaching people of all ages since
2003. Samantha’s parallel passion is nutritional health and is currently
attending graduate school at Hunter College for degrees in Dietary Nutrition
and Public Health. She believes yoga and nutrition are two essential components
for healthy living and incorporates this philosophy into each of her lessons.
Samantha is especially fond of teaching children, who she believes should learn
the fundamentals of healthy living at an early age.
