Yoga for Kids & Families Classes Information in New York & San Diego

Next Generation Yoga offers fun-filled, spirited classes for families and kids, ages 18 months through teens, in the New York City area & now Southern California. Everyone receives individualized attention, as class sizes are limited to 8 in Kids Yoga classes and 10 in Family Yoga.

Next Generation Yoga has been teaching kids and families since 1998. Our certified NGY teachers exude a love for children and yoga and have backgrounds in education, dance, social work, child psychology and special education.
