Registration

A love for children and a minimum of one-year experience practicing yoga.

Required Reading
In order to gain a true understanding of our philosophy, it is essential that you read The Complete Idiot's Guide to Yoga with Kids, by Jodi B Komitor and Eve Adamson (Macmillan 2000). Aside from the title, it is a wonderful and comprehensive book that is filled with countless ideas and techniques to use when sharing yoga with kids. We will use the book during the training and cover many of the poses, games and activities in more detail.
